In the South of Brittany, the gulf of Morbihan, « small sea », borders the Atlantic ocean. Covered with forests and moorlands, this touristic region, dedicated to agriculture, undergoes the influence of the Gulf Stream and benefits from a microclimate creating a pleasent environment, both in Summer and Winter. A major asset that encourages the implantation of country homes and real estate investments.

Trémohar, feudal residence of Brittany's nobility

Your whimsy to become lord of the manor might be triggered upon discovering the stately walls of the château de Trémohar, a domain whose first stones were laid at the end of the 13th century by the de Berric family, a mere 3 kilometres from Vannes. The family gave its name to the small village where the estate is nestled, and despite changing ownership several times, the site managed to preserve its original watch tower and its dovecote.
