Magny, a historical manor house in Merry-sur-Yonne

The village of Merry-sur-Yonne is a small town in Morvan located two hours from Paris and set along the banks of the Yonne and the Nivernais Canal. It is surrounded by the Saussois mountain range, which is also the French department’s sole nature reserve. The village is made up of seven hamlets scattered amongst forests, lawns, and soaring cliffs, one of which is Magny, a former fiefdom of the Auxerre nobility that is also home to a manor dating back to the 18th century.
