It is difficult to present Villa Montmorency, as the venue is kept top secret! After a little investigation, we nevertheless know a little more about this high-end real estate paradise, nestled in the heart of the village of Auteuil. Note first of all that its entrances are protected by wrought iron gates, reinforced by close video surveillance at all times. Villas, mansions, apartments and deluxe houses for sale in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, especially on one of the 5 avenues of this gated residence, are the sanctuaries featuring some of the leading French fortunes. The regualtions of this highend and coveted coop is very strict, with an exacting code of behavior. Quite normal, when you find out who lives there.

A residentiel club of privilged owners

In terms of "name dropping", some of the dwellers are Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, Alain Afflelou, Céline Dion, Vincent Bolloré, Isabelle Adjani, Gérard Depardieu and many business men from the CAC 40. They wouldn't change their address for anywhere else in world, as the old land belonging to the Countess of Boufflers-Rouverel, created in the mid-19th century, is synonymous with prestige. This private space indeed provides very few opportunities to settle there. Offers tend to be mostly word of mouth. Certainly there are other deluxe villas for sale in the Île-de-France or some of the surrounding districts that are very appealing, but a visitng card such as this one is worth gold.

The Social Register of real estate

In this somewhat particular residential area, here is a unique mansion to visit urgently, among all the deluxe houses for sale in France. But it is already very coveted, because its walls shelter the memory of stays by illustrious characters of French literature, such as Victor Hugo, André Gide and Guillaume Apollinaire. Spanning 100 m², the living room with its glazed arches has two different atmospheres, one with a cozy corner in front of the fireplace and another, more lounge, for working sessions.
