Popular among families who would like a bit more space, Paris’ luxury duplexes are a hot commodity these days. Consisting of two floors of apartments connected by a stairway, with the main door on either the ground floor or the first floor, these housing units offer a number of advantages. Duplexes increase the amount of available living space, add a touch of luxury and creative design, and limit unwanted noise.
