Its name is often just whispered, because this township, one of the most privileged in the Alpes-Maritimes department, and even of the entire French Riviera, is the object of envy, to the point of sometimes causing excessive bidding in terms of certain high-end properties, which never appear in a catalogue and even less in the display-windows of real-estate agencies. Discreet, it is built on the hilltops of Mount Angel, overlooking the Principality of Monaco and beyond, the glimmering Mediterranean Sea. Its Medieval district has preserved its picturesque allure and is sprinkled with low-key palaces, as well as estates featuring international celebrities, which have made discretion their main asset at all times, complicating somewhat even more the marathon represented by the purchase of a deluxe villa in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

A wide array of historical sites and villas

For the best inside-track opportunities, be sure to ask  « those in the know» and who are willing to share with you precious information. However, make sure you do not make the mistake of confusing RCM with the other Roquebrune, located in the Var. To encourage all those in love with the region, this seashore resort is enhanced with a pretty cultural, religious and natural heritage, including the Millenial Olive Tree, considered by all as one of the oldest specimens in the world. All these strong points truly make it a very popular destination, on the border between Menton and Monaco, to buy a house in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.

A house with an interior elevator

Featuring an elevator, its total livable surface is of 163 m². The upper floors shelter an independent Penthouse, divided into a duplex. It comprises 6 rooms, including a double living room opening onto a terrace, facing the maritime horizon, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, 1 private studio, 1 secured parking and 1 cellar. Your quest for a villa in France will be granted and you will have to admit that this is an ideal basis to enjoy a grand life style …
