A brick and stone private mansion in the city Moulins, at the heart of the Auvergne

Prefecture of the Allier, the town of Moulins owes its name to the many water, wind and boat mills that could be seen on its surrounding hills, it was also the capital of a dukedom, the one of the wealthy Bourbonnais family. Brick and stone, the foundations of a private mansion

This elegant private mansion was built in 1920 by a passionate art collector, at the end of an alley of linden trees. This one accociates different styles and more ancient decoration materials in a brick and stone construction, conveying an unusual and authentic allure. On a 3077 m² plot of land, it is divided around three arcades on the ground floor.

With its 2 pavilions featuring dormer windows, the building spans a livable surface of 470 m². Its gothic living rooms is surmounted by a stone cross vaults.
