While Haussmann-style buildings are widespread throughout most upscale districts in Paris, a few gems featuring different architectural styles have been added to the neighbourhood of Passy since the time of the Second Empire in the 19th century. More recently, their worth has skyrocketed, especially when they come with a plot of private real estate, cocooned with a garden, and designed by famous architects.

Villa L : the crown jewel of Passy real estate

Villa L, a post-modern private mansion resembling an ocean liner, is one such example. Built from high-quality materials in 1997 by Stefania Seria, it overlooks a 1 400 m² garden and includes nearly 1 100 m² of living space. The home includes four floors, and the top level offers a one-of-a-kind view of the capital’s major monuments and its seven exotic, teak-wood terraces.

A Parisian 21-room pocket palace

This exceptionally large home includes a total of 21 rooms. They are split between the caretaker’s home, a massive reception hall, a dining room that overlooks the garden, a spacious living room, an office with an interior patio, and a workout area featuring a covered pool with a swim current function and a Jacuzzi. This list of 5-star amenities makes this home a genuine pocket palace !
