Between the Arc de Triomphe and running along the Bois de Boulogne and Porte Dauphine, the chic Avenue Foch has many hôtels particuliers of all styles and decades. While many other French towns have streets of the same name, none other will reach the same real estate prices as those in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

The Renaissance of Avenue Foch, Paris

This is well-deserved as we can see some of the fantastic properties it has to offer. Take for example this contemporary apartment, surrounded by Corinthian Neo-Renaissance pillars. It’s nestled in what could be a Renaissance palace, with show staircase, statues, frescoes and spectacular dome finished with glass panes.

A Parisian address that says it all

The 210 m² apartment occupies the entire second floor, with south-facing balconies offering expansive views. It includes three bedrooms and large reception areas with an entrance hall, double lounge with chimney, dining room and a master suite with dressing room, two children’s bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. A treasure to behold and an address to display proudly on your business card.
