In the district of Ginza, the new temple of premium shopping in the Japanese capital is located inside a 19-story building whose facades by architect Yoshio Tanigushi, also in charge of the MoMa renovation, in New York, blend in with the urban background. The interior was implemented by Gwenaël Nicolas, accustomed to handling prestigious creations for the LVMH group.

Ginza 6 Mall, the new hot architectural spot in Tokyo

Under a garden of 4000 m², installed on the roof of this futuristic building, 240 deluxe boutiques, a traditional theatre and offices share a commercial surface of about 150 000 m² under a golden atrium. Here, the marching order is exclusivity, but the venue expects a touristic attendance of 20 million visitors before the Olympic games of 2020.

The temple of deluxe brands

The implantation of Dior, Céline, Fendi, Moynat, Saint Laurent, Chanel, Rolex, Chopard, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jimmy Choo and Moschino are a testimony to the keen interest of deluxe brands for the site where they are in the company of shops selling craftsmanship objects, kimonos, restaurants and ephemeral exhibitions. A true willingness to harmonize the beauty of the content and the container.
