For its 50th anniversary, Art Brussels is putting on Belgium’s largest modern art festival from 19 to 22 April 2018.

For its 50th anniversary edition this year, Art Brussels is featuring significantly more participants. No fewer than 147 galleries from 32 countries will be represented across three separate sections. Discovery, Prime, and Rediscovery will even include a small Solo section. Under the patronage of Anne Vierstraete, the event will focus on getting back to the festival’s roots.

Modern art celebrates its 50th anniversary in Brussels

The selection commitment received substantial support from the top patrons in the Belgian art scene as well as from leading international art figures, sending a clear signal that this artistic and cultural hub will remain a key event for modern art in Europe. The success of Art Brussels can be seen in the many satellite events going on during the festival.

A sparkling exhibition

On the evening of 19 April, the festival will kick off with a select list of guests and copious amounts of champagne. The collectors, gallery owners, and art lovers in attendance are sure to be delighted as they peruse the best Brussels has to offer.
