Contemporary art, the other passion of Michaël Zingraf
Known for offering the most prestigious real estate properties in France, Michaël Zingraf has another passion, contemporary art.
The dream begins as soon as one starts leafing through this catalogue of high-end real estate offers. Côte d'Azur, Provence, France, foreign countries, the glossy ads arouse admiration. Furthermore, the brand is in partnership with Fraser Yachts and features the most handsome boats in the world, while cultivating partnerships with the Cannes Film Festival, the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Monaco or the Monaco Yacht Show.
Michaël Zingraf, passionate about contemporary art
But Michaël Zingraf has more than one string in his bow. This authentic connoisseur of contemporary art, photos and sculptures is also the happy owner of an exhibition space spanning 400 m², in Opio—cleverly baptized Opiom Gallery. Inspired by the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, many ephemeral cultural events take place here, and the venue showcases leading artists.
A wide array of leading artists
Jacques-Henri Lartigue, Albert Watson, Marc Lagrange, David Drebin, JeeYoung Lee, Dean West, Adam Magyar as well as many other artists, are currently displayed along with the series of endangered animal species by British painter Tim Flach. Since its opening, this eclectic gallery is creating the buzz, in a region that already comprises many arty addresses.
