To promote its 18th edition, the « Les Puces du Design » trade show is changing its name, thereby affirming its unique position on the international design stage as well as its innovative approach and desire to stand out. Connoisseurs who want to venture off the beaten path to decorate their home sweet homes will get a chance to meet key figures and make their purchases while browsing vintage and contemporary creations.

Vintage and designer furniture comes to Paris

The pioneering spirit of this large-scale event in Paris can be seen in its featured selection of rare and iconic chairs from the 1950s-1980s. These exciting and colourful pieces, which are just as appealing as the day they were made, will take centre stage during the trade show.

An underlying Scandinavian influence

Reupholstered with fabric that seamlessly recreates modern trends, Pierre Paulin’s pieces, whose simplicity, functionality, and durability are influenced by Scandinavian furniture, will be featured alongside those of Olivier Mourgue, which were made famous by Stanley Kubrick’s film, 2001 : A Space Odyssey, and the chairs of Geneviève Dangles and Christian Defrance (Burov edition). These valuable items will soon make their way to the auction house !
