On all fronts, and always in the kitchen, Eric Frechon signs the latest menu of the Publicisdrugstore. A new challenge for the triple star chef of the Hotel Bristol.
After Mini Palais and Lazare, the triple star chef of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré palace has targeted the most beautiful avenue in the world. And it's in a Tom Dixon decor that he is writing his gourmet chapter at the Publicisdrugstore. A neo-vintage ambiance with trendy eats are on this new menu, supervised by Eric Frechon and remarkably excuted by Julien Chicoisne.
Drugstorepublicis treats itself to a triple star chef
While preserving the DNA of the place, it implants the concept of raw and cooked in the same plate, such as cauliflower rémoulade and meunière. On the menu there are also many starters offered as finger food, a collection of matured meats from the best breeders in the world, club sandwiches, burgers and a croque-monsieur revisited with truffle butter.
