If you want to treat yourself to the gourmet version of this iconic local dish, you might as well order it when you reserve a table at Mas de Boudan. The restaurant is often completely booked, since the Michelin-starred chef regales foodies with the pinnacle of flavour. Nutile, who has managed to infuse his dishes with the sun itself, has developed quite the reputation.

An impressive table turnout

Those in the know have been following Nutile since the start of his career with Georges Blanc in Vonnas, then with Michel Rochedy in Courchevel. Nowadays, he is the commander-in-chief of a four-star restaurant in a hundred-year-old estate. His kingdom includes a restaurant where he showcases products from the local market, a bistro decorated like a brewery, a carefully curated speciality boutique, and four modern guest rooms that offer an optimal level of comfort.

Culinary specialities from Gard
