Flower aficionados love blooms of every shape and from every season. They are sure to be enchanted by the 19th edition of Folie’ Flore, a unique event in Europe featuring 20 temporary gardens that will take place in the Mulhouse Parc des Expositions. Visitors will be able to enjoy the gardens during the 10 days of this other-worldy spectacle, which also showcases delicious regional and seasonal eats.

Folie' Flore’s delicious dining options

The 10 000 m² space will be lit up with a sophisticated light show organised in collaboration with the Fruits and Vegetable Interprofessional Organisation of Alsace. The main idea behind the festival is to turn the kitchen garden into an amazing world populated by animals living in a large complex featuring pools, an aquatic volcano, and a cabinet of curiosities.

Alsatian specialities on offer

To spice up the event, fine dining will also be available thanks to Chef Henri Gagneux, who runs the Palette restaurant in Wettolsheim. The head chef is setting up a pop-up restaurant on the grounds, and the endlessly creative menus will be based on flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Don’t miss out on this fabulous opportunity to appreciate the culinary charms of this part of Alsace.
