Hotel renovation between Place Rogier and the Botanical Garden, in Brussels
Things are hopping in the deluxe hotel universe at the center of Brussels with the renovation of the hotel area extending from Place Rogier to the Botanical Garden.
Leader in the area, the Swedish company of hotel properties, Pandox, is finally unveiling its ambitious architectural projects in the European capital. They comprise the renovation then the extension of the Hilton Brussels City and the Crowne « Palace ». These 4-star establishments will be totally renovated and expanded, until the first trimester of 2022, providing hundreds of jobs.
Bruxelles renovates its hotels
The first one aims for a total renovation, with completely refreshed facades, and it will be renamed « Hotel Indigo ». Its immediate proximity with the botanical garden appeared like an obvious source of inspiration for its scenography, the implementation of the bedrooms and the public spaces. A first in the city for this label integrated to the international group IHG.
Practical and trendy assets
The second one will rekindle an Art Deco venu dear to Brussels inside-trackers. Its bow-window facade brings to mind 19th century architecture and it will comprise thematic reception rooms, 284 bedrooms with daring ambiances, a two-level restaurant, a skybar, plus a 400 m² rooftop totally vegetalized—ideal to be pampered by modern comfort, local gastronomy and a unique panorama.
