Presented like a loft floating on water at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, in Florida, the Yacht Mansion showcases a new art of living out at sea.

Yacht owners never miss meeting up at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Close to Miami, the world capital of yachting thus offers an occasion to unveil the largest private boats in the world. All along its canals, the spectacle is an open invitation to discover incredible new floating palaces, and surprising nautical objects.

A loft version yacht

Such as this vessel that looks like a loft on water. Built like a high-end house on hydraulic stilts, in stainless steel, the Yacht Mansion participates in the recreational activity sector. Combining luxury and pleasure, this surprising creation, measuring 25 meters long by 10 wide, for a liveable surface of 830 m², comes with indoor and outdoor decks.

An excepional new age floating homestead

The habitat offers a breathtaking 360°view. It comprises two reception rooms with large panoramic bay windows, a dining room for 12 persons, a chef's kitchen and a terrace of 200 m². It also comprises three cabins with king-size bedding and private bathrooms, a jacuzzi and a playroom. A seafaring toy, priced at 12 million euros.
