Long associated with saloon cars, SUVs or roadsters which marry luxury, sport and performance, the makers behind the famous star are at last entering the utility vehicles sector. Mercedes-Benz have unveiled their first pick-up, a machine destined for professionals as much as car-lovers looking for a robust leisure vehicle to wend their way through the urban environment.

Conceived as a 4x4, the X-Class has the advantage of a double cabin to fit all the family. The range will be offered with 3 levels of finish : Pure, Progressive or Power, according to the choice of bumper, rims, wing-mirrors, the air-conditioning and the interior finishing.

Let’s crunch numbers : this vehicle with 2 cabins and a keyless opening and starting system, Keyless Go, is 5,34 metres long and its 190 horsepower can transport 1 tonne of goods or pull a trailer of up to 3,5 tonnes.
