Naxhelet, the very special sustainable village between Liège and Namur, in Belgium

Living at the heart of nature, around the Golf of Naxhelet, in French-speaking Wallonia, inside the zero energy house of an innovative Belgian sustainable village, such is the latest trend. Being able to benefit from a better quality of life, in one of the 23 first dwellings, amongst the hundred lodgings planned, is indeed perceived as a real chance reserved for a smal circle of inside-trackers.

Living in the sustainable village of Naxhelet

Everything began with the renovation of a castle-farm into a club-house, restaurant and 4 star spa-hotel. The creation of a housing development in a wooden structure is in keeping with the global project imagined since 2007. The ambition of the Jolly family was to build a sustainable district spanning 100 hectares with recognized environmental qualities, under the helm of the Naturhome company.

A habitat meeting new expectations

Three architectual firms were selected to offer the new owners an opportunity to implement a 100 % customized project, with long-lasting and sustainable materials. This urbanization project aims at conciling protection of the environnement, life style and local development. A real invitation to create a daily reality adapted to new citizen expectations.
