Pierre & Vacances in Deauville, a new premium residence
It's on the small inlet of Touques, in Deauville, that Pierre & Vacances has invested in a new 5 star premium residence.
The former fallow-land, located midtown of the most elegant seashore resort in Normandy, has been transformed into a 5 star residence, offering high-end accomodations and services, at the heart of a lush garden. It's the new destination of Pierre & Vacances that has thus created a new district, filled with boutiques and restaurants, under the impulse of urban architect Xavier Bohl.

The colours and light chosen by the architect for this new venue bring to mind the Impressionnists who came to paint this small fishing harbor during the 19th century. As for landscape artist Thierry Huau, he has sprinkled collections of roses and Chinese palm trees to add an exotic touch to the atmosphere, recalling an era when sailors brought back essences and vegetals from around the world.
The hidden address of the happy few
Volontarily long-lasting and enhancing, the architecture of the facades is composed of brick, wood and stone, offering to each building its own personality, respecting the local style. With added touches that make all the difference, the obsession with detail and finishings has led to overall high quality. The implementation of the 133 apartments, from 2 to 4 rooms, can welcome an entire family, showcasing warm and noble materials in blue and white overtones that bring to mind the seashore, with black and white photos recalling the 20's. The happy few are already coming there incognito…
