Oriented towards products from the sea, this house has thrown its anchor in Paris. More than a high-end grocery store, connoisseurs will find here the Imperial caviar from Sologne, taramas or smoked fish of the highest quality. Adventurers of taste will be tempted by the generosity of the lobster club, the squid tube, but also by a maritime version of the burger. Smörgas, at la Trésorerie

This amusing café is set up in a concept store of the Maraist district, in Paris, cultivating the allures of a bazaar showcasing Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian furniture. It truly deserves its name, because in Swedish, Smörgas means slice of bread. Here it comes in many different versions. Starting at breakfast, chef Jean Stern tops off his square black bread with smoked salmon, fresh goat cheese, germinated seeds, egg, beet—naturally all organic. Välkommen !
