In this project, designed by Half Century More, the residence shelters 500 autonomous apartments, a specific establishment dedicated to the nursing staff with 90 beds, as well as common spaces and extra support systems. All the units are oriented to the south, they take into account mobility distances, while the furniture, the flowers, the lighting, the signposting and the environment are adapted to the needs of the residents.

Furthermore, the sensitivity of the clients in this universe, where hospitality is very close to a deluxe hotel spirit, is essential. The implementations of the bedroms and the artistic works subtly meet the tastes of each person, to offer a supplement of daily conviviality. For sure, the example of Sun City is going to create a small revolution in terms of retirement notions around the world.
