Implanted on the top of the IT Tower, an emblematic building of the Brussels landscape, the "Villa in the Sky" offers a culinary experience at 120 meters of altitude with a breathtaking view. For epicureans, the voyage begins in the red glass structure of chef Alexandre Dionisio, an ex-Top Chef ,who was awarded 2 stars by the Guide Michelin.

The experience begins in a small hidden elevator from where it's possible to reach the last floor of the building. Upon arrival at destination, the huge bay windows of the restaurant offer a superb view overlooking the main touristic monuments and each district of the Belgian capital. A unique panorama that deserves to be discovered, cocktail in hand, before moving on to more serious gourmet adventures.

Excellence from the beginning until the end of the meal

Intimate, the venue only offers a few tables, and the magic operates starting with the first mouthfuls. Then comes the parade of signature dishes, starting with a Wagyu ham with truffled potatoes, followed by a creamy heart of cod with green peas, deer from the Ardennes with cranberries and a chocolate Ashanti with bergamot. An exquisite meal in an idyllic setting!
