In the South of France, hotels are never very far from a vineyard and the château de La Gaude is amongst these. Bordering its French-style garden, classified historical monument, this peaceful beautiful oasis, from where it's possible to see the Sainte-Victoire mountain immortalized by Cézanne, is also a working vineyard. Quite confidential, it spreads out on 25 hectares of organic vines—AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.

From its long alley of chestnut trees, the building appears in all its splendor to the eyes of a posh clientele. A starred gourmet sequence

Amongst the other pleasures on the premises, taste buds, with Art, the starred restaurant under the helm of chef Matthieu Dupuis Baumal, and the brasserie La Source, thus baptized as a reminder of the natural spring in the dining room. At the table, noble products are featured on the menus at €63, €97 and €145. Those who appreciate their stay in this deluxe refuge will soon be able to test the benefits of the  Valmont Spa, conceived to become a reference.
