Folia, the lifestyle line of Saint-Louis Crystal
For the Cristallerie Saint-Louis, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance has created Folia, a collection of endlessly convertible accessories.
No need to introduce the Manufacture Saint-Louis, whose imposing pieces are in the spotlight of several national museums. Founded in the 16th century, the crystal glassware company from the Vosges region, property of Hermès, produces every day services featuring glasses, vases, chandeliers and lighting fixtures, made by master glass artisans and master cutters, amongst the very best Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, and which has always known how to renew itself.
Cristallerie Saint-Louis, a hotbed of talents
Today it gives a new proof of its creativity with the Folia collection imagined by designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance. Its asset is knowing how to combine the glow of crystal, pierced by light, mixed with the strength of ash wood. Three years of research, inspiration, adustments and trial periods were necessary so that the teams could set forth this new line.
When decoration becomes useful
By combining such different materials, these decoration objects convey a certain emotion. The simplicity of soft shapes, where sanded pieces of wood are mixed with the finely chiseled work of crystal, is featured on 25 pieces designed for table settings and decoration. These convertible and modulable elements with a singular aesthetic will make your interiors simply magical !
