Floral art, signature of the Four Seasons Hotel George V
Conceived by artistic director Jeff Leatham, floral art is the signature of the decoration and the atmosphere of the Four Seasons Hotel George V.
60 000 € per month ! Such is the sum attributed to Jeff Leatham in charge of flowering on a daily basis all the public spaces and the rooms of the Four Seasons Hotel George V. Renown for its stunning floral decorations, this palace of the Parisian Golden Triangle thus puts color and freshness at the heart of its neo-classic decor with lovely bouquets and spectacular compositions.
The George V, symbol of floral art in Parisian palaces
12 000 flowers ! This is what he orders each week from Amsterdam to be offered to the hotel clients, because he considers nothing is too beautiful for its guests. With his team of nine assistants, the stylist also imagines a different sculptural floral theme every three weeks. To such a point that professionals in the area watch out for his creations in order to be updated in terms of trends. Our floral chef also collaborates with leading international brands in order to create a wide array of crystal vases, candles or ambiance sprays. Totally autodidactic and passionate, he recently published a third book dedicated to this floral universe, even appearing on the screens of the American TV show, « Flowers Uncut », aired on the TLC channel.
Flowers and gourmet treats

In light of this, the flowers have no fragrance in order not to perturb the senses during tasting moments that create the rhythm for the 3 star-studded restaurants. And clients are invited to take with them the flower bouquets in their suites…
