Restaurant Spoon 2

Alain Ducasse revisits a culinary world tour in the ex Terroir Parisien of Palais Brongniart, formerly in the hands ot Yannick Alléno,  where he commisionned Jean-Michel Wilmotte to create the decor. Amongst the signature recipes, spicy duck broth with a Chinese pancake, burnt mango on an avocado from  Brazil and shoulder of lamb scrubbed with Zaatar coriander-yogurt. Restaurant Les Foodies

Far-flung travels have inspired the culinary creations of David Galloni, an Italian-Thai chef, installed in the Marais, with a raw cement decor. Passionate about season products,  he shares with his clients the savors of a grilled squid salad with papaya, a Penang style partridge with quinoa, and a « Sunday Roast » with leg of lamb for brunch. Restaurant Les Grands Verres, at the Palais de Tokyo

Here, the cuisine with Mediterranean accents accompanies the visitor during his culinary experience. American chef Preston Miller is shaking up the plates of this emblematic venue at the Trocadéro, and the tables facing the Eiffel Tower welcome his recreational creations, such as the Fattoush salad, braised chicken shawarma, and as a final touch, his signature Eton Mess with bluffing fruit. Oriented towards Mediterranean cuisines, this bistro showcases Greek savours. In this select restaurant of the « Silicon Sentier » fashion district, trendy tribes gather around a willingly short but well thought out menu, in keeping with new tastes.
