Place Vendôme, flagship of Potel et Chabot receptions
Facing the Vendôme column, the Hôtel d'Evreux is a historic private mansion, dating back to the 18th century, inlaid between the Ritz and high-end jewelers like a precious stone. Having regained its initial glitz, this gem can welcome up to 350 guests for a stand-up cocktail and 230 during a sit-down dinner or lunch.
A partnership with the Institut Paul Bocuse
To go even further in its approach of excellence, Potel et Chabot has announced an association with the Institut Paul Bocuse, window-display of education when it comes to the culinary arts of Hospitality Management and Food Service. This merger of expertises aims at allowing the students of this school, so dear to the most famous chef in the world, to integrate the new Académie Potel et Chabot, and participate in a graduate training program dedicated to the art of hosting.
