Bucherer Harley-Davidson Blue Edition, elegance at the service of power

Few bikes incarnate liberty as clearly and as powerfully as the motorbikes from maker Harley-Davidson. The Blue Edition model, entirely handbuilt, demands more than 2500 hours of work in the Harley workshops. With it’s 1,5 M€ price tag, it can also boast that it is the most expensive motorbike in the world, thanks to the jewels inserted by the Swiss jeweller Bucherer.

An exclusive duo between Bucherer and Harley-Davidson

Thoroughly vintage, the engine based on the « Softail Slim S » series, is barely recognisable. Each metallic element has been made, hammered, ground and then polished by hand. The frame is made of one single piece, without soldered joints, the rims are made to measure, the leather seat is sown, and the LED thermic-resistance lights which illuminate it : all these make it a unique piece.

A unique collector’s item

In addition, certain machine parts are plated with gold and contain treasures of the art of watchmaking and jewellery. For the first time ever, a bracelet watch, precious stones and a Dizzler ring from the Bucherer Fine Jewellery Collection, have been inserted into the handlebars and the reservoir of a motorbike. A technical challenge for an extraordinary luxury product.
