Located in a Haussmannian building in the Triangle d’Or district, Maison Noura tells the story of a family, starting with Jean-Paul Bou Antoun, who built an empire dedicated to Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant’s interior, designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, is decorated with harem windows, while its traditional dishes feature a modern twist, including king crab tabbouleh, a hummus trio, and a fresh take on shish barak.

All the flavours of Lebanon at Noura

Since 1989, Noura has earned a reputation for subtly spiced flavours. It also has ten other restaurants located in Paris, Cannes, and downtown London as well as an online shop that delivers to offices and homes. Noura provides popular street food that offers classic Lebanese cuisine on the go at any time of the day and a catering service that is becoming more upscale and influential in the prestigious event industry.

The company’s crown jewel is arguably Zyriab, located on the rooftop of the Arab World Institute. While gazing at Paris’ most beautiful monuments, you can enjoy a cocktail from the land of a Thousand and One Nights before sampling a selection of appetizers featuring shawarma, kaftas, and charcoal-grilled treats. For dessert, choose from a range of Eastern-flavoured ice creams, including date, pistachio, fig, almond, orange blossom, rose, and mint tea for a perfect and refreshing finishing touch to your outing.
