Such is the wager of Guy Krenzer, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and creative director of the Lenôtre house, who is blowing gustatory pleasures on Parisian river cruises. Everything begins with the apéritif, served on the outdoor deck that feels like an English club, then the yacht glides along the water, rocked by soft music.

The Don Juan II, a yacht of exception

The show can begin through the bay windows as well as on the plates, during a gourmet dinner along the river flowing through the City of Light. Onboard this intimate yacht, with precious wood paneling, where service is worthy of a palace, you will be transported into another era in front of the elegant facades of the Île Saint-Louis, the majesty of the Louvre and the scintillating Eiffel Tower.

In the kitchen, the brigade prepares a superb supper showcasing noble products, and at the table, the menu keeps its promises. All along the evening, the tasty courses offer refined savors such as langoustines nacrées with ravioles, a fowl concocted with Champagne and stuffed morels along with strawberry fragrances.
