After the opening of his Parisian restaurant « Mamie », the chef who concocts the menus of Lily-Rose Depp, Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence, Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, as well as Robert de Niro, is headed for the immensities of Quebec to encounter producers, breeders, wine makers and other well-known chefs.

He could have, but did not want to just be a curious tourist. Instead, he prefered taking advantage of this journey to discover the know-how of local artisans. In Montreal, Charlevoix, Montérégie and in the Eastern Townships, he visited a cooperative, breweries, farms, mills, a market, cider-makers, cheese dairies and vineyards. A stay rich in emotions, in sensations and in tastings.
