A special stay in the Taiwanese Presidential Palace
To boost its tourism industry, the island of Taiwan is launching a competition to give participants a chance to win a night’s stay at the Presidential Palace in Taipei.
Located in the western Pacific, 160 kilometres from China’s south-eastern coast, this tiny territory combines the extreme of the Far East with tropical forests and coral and volcanic islands. Its capital, Taipei, is one of Asia’s most surprising treasures. The shopping, fine dining, culture, and high tech of this diverse and original megalopolis is dominated by the immense Taipei 101 Tower.
Spend a night at the Taipei Presidential Palace
The latest news that’s taking the capital by storm, aside from the joyous religious parades filling the streets, is the announcement that any non-Taiwanese visitor over the age of 20 can win a chance to enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay—one night in a suite inside the Taipei Presidential Palace, which is celebrating its 100-year anniversary this year. A total of 10 nights are up for grabs for two people.
An island with legendary hospitality
Winners will be able to stay at the Lixing Building, a two-story building adjacent to the presidential office. Taipei has a purpose for this unique and one-of-a-kind initiative. The Taiwanese government has set out to once again prove its legendary hospitality. If you want to win, don’t hesitate to play for a chance to discover this small but dynamic « Asian dragon ».
