Architect Ana Moussinet customizes the Washington Plaza offices, in Paris

Forget productivity as main goal of a company, not taking enough consideration of human beings! Nowadays, improving work spaces, for more well-being, is at the heart of preoccupations. Such is the case of La Société Foncière Lyonnaise that has called upon the know-how of architect Ana Moussinet to create spaces dedicated to the well-being of Washington Plaza collaborators.

The Washington Plaza customizes

Facing Boulevard Haussmann, the typically New York building of the Washington Plaza now enables different kinds of exchanges, but also conducive to relaxation by saving time. Enhancing creation, innovation, imagining a versatile space where it's possible to settle, working alone or in small groups, organizing an animation and preparing an event, here are its new ambitions.

A serendipity of harmonious amenities

Plurality, modularity, the projet comprises many amenities: conciergerie, café, game room, meeting spaces whoses banquettes with ergonomic shapes are created for the site, fitness for dynamic sports sessions or relaxation and wellness dedicated to serenity, with 2 treatment cabins. Pushing open the doors of this renovated venue is like rediscovering the emotion of an idealized home sweet home.
