Entirely sculpted by hand, like works of art in their own right, the candles of Vanessa Mitrani turn towards the light.

At Vanessa Mitrani,  collections follow one another and are all very different. Creativity and surprises are in the spotlight each season, whether for luminaries, glasses, cups, decanters, sculptures or candles. For the designer, showcasing her work at the Musée du Quai Branly boutique, all the recent creations have allures of prototypes.

The sculpted candles of Vanessa Mitrani

20 years after starting off her career in a workshop of the Belleville district, in Paris, the former Arts Décoratifs student, having become an entrepreneur, continues her craftsmanship adventure in a Pantin workshop, similar to a fabulous grotto. Here, she maintains the same kind of workmanship as when she started out: hand-made and unique products, blown outside the mold, in different volumes.

A luminous universe

For the new 2019 season, her sculptural candles are more than ever turned towards light. The fragrances are very carefully studied while the containers mix with metal, leather, porcelain, marble or fabric stemming from house ranges. A poetic and playful idea, to discover in a miniature format its most stunning creations over the years.
