Forming the international elite of the hotel, cuisine and restaurant trades, the Paul Bocuse Institute plays out the card of excellence.
Three years after his departure, the name of Paul Bocuse radiates from Lyon to Singapore, passing through La Réunion, Peru, South Korea, Guatemala, China, Russia, Finland and Japan. There, the campus trains highly selected students for the management of hotel trades, Food Services and culinary arts, showcasing the Made in France expertise and know-how.

These training schools, whose cursus take place over 3 or 5 years, with a tuition of €13 000 per year, prepare their students for diplomas linked to the hospitality professions, in a spirit that passes down values and passions by offering an innovative vision of these trades. The ultimate goal is to discover potential talents and new creative capacities.
The highest standards on a daily basis
Amongst a wide array of projects, a hotel and restaurant pole will be implanted within the walls of the château de la Roseraie close by. The purpose is to welcome an additional 1 000 students, in 8 000 m², with 22 management classrooms, an amphitheater with 250 places, a restaurant and a co-working space focusing on start-ups. A certain idea of excellence that would undoubtedly have seduced « Monsieur Paul ».
