The exhibition Love. Hate. Debate. enables the Art Center of the ING bank, in Brussels, to open its doors and unveil to the public its private collections.
Until the 15th of March 2020, part of the Hôtels de Coudenberg, a building in the neo-classic style on Place Royale, in Brussels, will be the centre of international cultural updating. An event stemming from the ING bank's strong urge to present to the general public its art work collection, accumulated since 60 years, under the initiative of its founder, Baron Lambert.
The private collections of the ING Art Center
In collaboration with the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie France-Belgique and the JV club, a guide of not-to-be-missed events, the exhibition Love. Hate. Debate. focuses on the reflection one might have regarding a sculpture or a painting, with as goal to go beyond the first impression and lead to an intimate conversation with the art work, one's self and the world.

An ephemeral exhibition
In a pioneer and innovative spirit, visitors will finally discover a few important pieces, never displayed before by Belgian and international artists such as Alechinsky, Marcel Broodthaers, Daniel Buren, Gilbert and George, Michel François, Henry Moore, Constant Permeke, Ann Veronica Janssens and Christian Boltanski. A unique opportunity that will not occur again for some time.
