The fifth Parisian showroom of CarréSol, a flooring and wall panelling manufacturer, is dedicated to architects, decorators, and designers.
As a specialist in cutting-edge flooring, CarréSol is a well-known brand among professionals. While it usually markets to designers, the brand has expanded its scope to include the public with the opening of a showroom on Rue du Louvre in Paris’ fabric and wallpaper district. The carefully thought-out design of the new building was entrusted to the architectural firm Gabeli, which produced a meticulously planned layout.
A CarréSol showroom for designer
The goal of this beautiful, technical, and high-quality showroom is to put the expertise of its designers on full display. As soon as you set foot in the door, the entryway sets the tone. Four-metre-tall pivoting panels showcase the brand’s areas of expertise, which include the use of inlays, recycled wood, and carved wood, on each side. The walls, which are clad with burnt timber, hold display panels that feature the many options available, which range from recycled antique oak to fossilised wood.
Rare and expensive types of wood
A stone island also features a handful of creative treasures, and the floor is covered with herringbone parquet inspired by the « shou sugi ban » style. The showroom includes more than 300 different products. To help you make your selections, a flooring design specialist is available to customise your choices with help from a materials library. Visiting the showroom gives you access to an infinite source of inspiration to help you design your dream project.
